InMunich Tours - Terms and conditions
If you book a tour18ith InMunich Tours on our website WWW.INMUNICHTOURS.COM, and book through our secure booking software system run by Trekksoft, payment will be recorded as paid to TrekkSoft, an authorised agent of InMunich Tours. Therefore, it is TrekkSoft that will appear on your credit card statement if an online booking is made.
Booking with External Agents (ie. GetYourGuide, Like A Local etc)
If a booking is made on one of the many external websites that host links to our tours and take payments (charging commission) for our tours, that site (not InMunich Tours) is fully responsible for any booking errors, refunds, and any other liability, as the booking is completely out of our hands. We always try and assist the best we can in any issues that may arise from booking with external agents, but cannot make any guarantees as external agents simply send us a brief confimation email of payment and the booking date. You should print your ticket or be ready to show it on your smart phone or tablet.. Whilst we will try our best to verify bookings for those who turn up without a valid printed ticket, we are not always able to do so and therefore make no guarantees. In this case you will be required to pay again.

InMunich Tours does not control, endorse, promote or have any financial affiliation with any other website unless expressly stated herein.
Booking on WWW.INMUNICHTOURS.COM
The InMunich Dachau Tour is a paid tour. Your ticket and booking confirmation will be sent to you automatically by email upon successful completion of your order. If you do not receive this mail for any reason, you are asked to contact us as it may mean that your order has not been successfully processed. Please check your junk or spam folder first.
You should print your ticket or be ready to show it on your smart phone or tablet. If you do not have access to a smart phone or printer, please pay at the start point rather than prebooking online. Whilst we will try our best to verify bookings for those who turn up without a valid printed ticket, we are not always able to do so and therefore make no guarantees. In this case you will be required to pay again.
If you are unable to prove your student status when booking the Student price, or do not provide valid age identification in the case of booking the Senior Citizen ticket, you may be asked to pay the difference between a Student/Senior Citizen and a regular Adult ticket.
Your tour ticket includes your guide(s), and includes transportation costs for all paying guests for the duration of the official tour time. Food, beverages, bathrooms, and anything else not specifically included in the tour price is not included. Please note that we are not able to give you the transportation tickets at the end of the tour. They are group tickets, not individual ones, and remain the property of InMunich Tours for our Tax purposes post tour completion.
Children of 14 or under may participate in the tour for free, but may need to buy a train ticket. Please ask the guide at the start point of the tour for further details, as it sometimes may also be possible to fit in children onto our group tickets, but that purely depends on the exact number of paid guests attending the tour.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We work very hard to ensure that all tours run as scheduled and enjoy a 100% success rate. If a tour is cancelled, and it is the fault of InMunich Tours or one of the freelance guides we work with, we will refund your prebought ticket in full.
Should you not be able to attend your tour and need to cancel a tour booking letting us know at least 24 hours before your tour, we will cancel your ticket and credit you 50% of the purchase price. Should you wish to re-arrange the date of your tour more than 24 hours beforehand please email us using the contact form on this website and we will endevour to re-book you on another day, however this is never guaranteed. We have a no refund policy, unless we are at fault for the cancelation of your tour.
Acts of God
We may not be held responsible should we be unable to offer a tour due to Acts of God, (tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic dust clouds, extreme weather, etc.).
PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
Participation in a InMunich tour is strictly voluntary and both your freelance guide and InMunich Tours reserve the right to deny participation to anybody for any reason at any time. As in all human endeavors, there is a level of risk. We do our best to keep the risk to a minimum. InMunich Tours, its contractors, partners and employees assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage or inconvenience sustained by any person using its services, nor to their property.
InMunich Tours will never sell your personal information to any third party. We reserve the right to use data given to us for marketing and research purposes.
